Of course, we here at Brighter Manufacturers are deeply concerned when one of our customers is not satisfied with our product. We take great pride in trying to produce only top quality machines and for the most part, we think we do.
Unfortunately, judging from your comments, it's apparent that you have a defective product. It's most regrettable that such an incident has occurred.
Please accept my deepest apologies; we're sorry to have inconvenienced you.
If you return the machine to the dealer who sold it to you, he will replace it with a new one or if you prefer, refund the purchase price to you.
