Asking Prospect for An Appointment

asking a prospect for an appointment
Asking questions is a good way to involve the prospect in the sales pitch. After subconsciously answering yes to the first three questions which as almost any business person interested in improvement would answer, the reader is more likely to answer "yes" to the request for a meeting to discuss the service offered.

Dear xxx,

Would you be interested in learning how to increase your company's productivity at no increase in cost?

Could you work force use more motivation?

Could you benefit from over 70years experience of the largest professional training organization that has successfully been helping people improve their performance in daily contacts with each other, with management, suppliers and the general public?

If your answer is yes to any of these questions, please allow me 10 minutes of your time to explain a free service that the Royals Institute is offering to companies such as yours.

I will be calling in a few days for an appointment.

Sincerely,
